These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Parcive, operated from Tucson, Arizona. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Parcive sells landscaping businesses ("you," a "tenant") a subscription that mails new-homeowner postcards in the neighborhoods you claim, and gives you a free booking website where homeowners schedule an on-site quote. Postcards are printed and mailed on your behalf — they represent your business, and you are responsible for the services you offer and perform.

Neighborhoods & exclusivity

Neighborhoods are exclusive: while you hold a claim on a neighborhood, no other tenant can claim it, and everyone we mail there hears from you and only you. When you claim a neighborhood it is locked for 30 days before it can be released; after the lock it can be released and returns to the market. You may hold as many neighborhoods as you like; each is priced on its own.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance through Stripe, at three times the combined monthly price of the neighborhoods you hold. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and we don't pro-rate partial periods. Prices may change on renewal with notice.

The guarantee

No booked visit your first quarter? The next one's free. Specifically: if your first paid quarter ends with zero booked quote visits through your Parcive booking page, we automatically apply a credit equal to one quarter of your subscription to your account, so your next quarter is free. This is an account credit against future billing — not a cash refund — and it applies to the first quarter only, once per account. No action is needed on your part; the credit is applied automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Parcive only for lawful landscaping outreach and to comply with applicable mail, advertising, and consumer-protection laws. Don't use the service to harass, deceive, or send content that is unlawful, or to misrepresent your business. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service.

Disclaimers

Parcive is provided "as is." We work hard to reach the right homes and deliver mail on time, but we don't guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue beyond the guarantee stated above. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Parcive's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Parcive and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must close to comply with the law. On termination your exclusive neighborhood claims are released and return to the market.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll update the effective date above and note material changes on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
